The Beauty Society

The Beauty Society have a team raising money for charity in the most grueling manner possible. Team TBS will be competing in a series of ongoing challenging events during 2011 consisting of both Duathons and Triathlons.

What is a Duathlon?

Duathlon is an athletic event that consists of a running leg, followed by a cycling leg and then another running leg in a format bearing some resemblance to triathlons. The International Triathlon Union governs the sport internationally.

What is a Triathlon?

A triathlon is a multi-sport endurance race involving the completion of three continuous and sequential events. The race is made up of swimming, cycling, and running in immediate succession over various distances.
